Purchasing Restoration Services is like purchasing art - what you are really buying is the artisan's skill and experience.

Since we are a service enterprise, our fee is primarily based on the labor required to perform the restoration.
If items such as veneers or hardware are needed, we charge for them as well.
After we have physically examined the piece, we will quote you a price to do the work. Unless additional work is authorized by you, the customer, that is what the work will cost.
For a written restoration plan and estimate, we charge $85. This charge will be applied to the total fee if we are retained to do the work.
In order to prepare a written restoration plan and estimate, we need to physically examine the piece. You can drop items off at our studio in Hanover, Massachusetts, schedule a site visit by one of our artisans, or arrange for a pickup by our White Glove Delivery service.
For on-site work, in addition to our restoration charges, we charge for travel time, and we may also have to charge an additional setup fee if we need to bring special equipment to the site.
